The health and safety of our customers and staff is our priority at this time and as a result, Magee’s has implemented measures for collecting and dispatching orders in line with advice from the HSE.
We are working hard to deliver your order the next day. Some deliveries are arriving within 3 working days in counties that are experiencing high volumes. For collect in store orders please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before arriving for collection.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Via An Post
Free Next Day Delivery*
*Orders over €50 are delivered FREE in ROI & NI. Orders placed in ROI & NI are subject to a delivery charge of €4.50 if the order value is under €50
Orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday, with a delivery address in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, should be received by the customer within 24 hours. Deliveries can take sometimes up to 2 days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.
Every effort is made on our behalf to fulfil your order and ensure next day delivery where appropriate. From time to time in a small minority of cases deliveries may not arrive the next day for reasons beyond our control.
We always raise any delivery issues with our courier partners on your behalf and do our utmost to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.
Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item (s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process, then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.
Please note that our courier currently does not deliver to Parcel Motel.
Mainland UK Via An Post
Orders placed in the UK, mainland only, are subject to a delivery charge of €10. All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if on a bank holiday.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
We offer FREE post (An Post) for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards are not accepted online as a form of payment – they are accepted in store only.
Please note Gift Cards cannot be:
- Returned after purchase.
- Exchanged for cash or other gift cards.
- Replaced if lost or stolen. We do not take responsibility for Gift Cards after delivery. Please make sure your recipient has received their Gift Card, as it is their responsibility to keep it safe.
- Used online as a form of payment.
We use reliable postal services however we shale under no circumstances accept liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated time frames.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a refund.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning items in-store.
You are able to return any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Magee’s Kingscourt gift voucher will be offered to you.
Returning items by post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Magee’s Kingscourt, Main Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, A82 EW97, R.O.I.
Returning items by courier/parcel services
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items. Arrange for your desired courier service to collect your item or drop it of yourself and arrange to have sent to Magee’s Kingscourt Online, Main Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, A82 EW97, R.O.I.
