Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on orders over €79. A standard postage charge of €4.50 will apply on all orders under €79.
We also offer a free click and collect option at check out. Those who wish to choose this option at checkout can collect their order from our shop: Magee’s, Main Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan. A82 EW97
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Thursday, with a delivery address in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, should be received by the customer within 24 hours. Deliveries can sometimes take up to 2 days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.
Every effort is made on our behalf to fulfill your order and ensure next day delivery where appropriate. From time to time in a small minority of cases deliveries may not arrive the next day for reasons beyond our control.
We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14-days of Delivery. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 14-day period will only be eligible for an exchange/credit. Please note all sale items have a 7 days return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. Magee’s Kingscourt reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
When returning a product
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our store. We recommend that you use a tracked service that provides proof of delivery.
How to return a product
Items can be returned in store once they are in resalable condition, labels still attached and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3-5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes, we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
We offer FREE post (An Post) for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards are not accepted online as a form of payment – they are accepted in store only.
Please note Gift Cards cannot be:
- Returned after purchase.
- Exchanged for cash or other gift cards.
- Replaced if lost or stolen. We do not take responsibility for Gift Cards after delivery. Please make sure your recipient has received their Gift Card, as it is their responsibility to keep it safe.
- Used online as a form of payment.
We use reliable postal services however we shale under no circumstances accept liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated time frames.
